If you are a horror movie lover, you are curious about the latest horror movie. Amazon Prime has a lot of horror movies. We all know that we are scrolling up and down because it is difficult for us to find a good movie. That’s why we thought to bring you information about some of the most suitable horror movies here.

31 (2016)

The story here is that a traveling group of carnies are abducted by killer clowns and they are stalked around an abandoned factory playing a game called 31. The game is played and rich people bet on their survival. This is classic Rob Zombie and fans of his work will love it. When he does this, he seems to have been inspired by other zombie and horror stories.

Hell baby

Director: Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon

Runtime: 98 minutes

Cast: Rob Corddry, Leslie Bibb, Keegan-Michael Key, Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon

Hell baby is not revolutionizing as a horror-comedy. But for those who like the sense of humor of Robert Ben Garant and Thomas Lennon, this is a great film. You can see Rob Corddry, Leslie Bibb, Keegan-Michael Key, and many other familiar faces as a cast of funny people.

[REC]

Director: Jaume Balaguero, Paco Plaza

Runtime: 78 minutes

Cast: Manuela Velasco, Pablo Rosso, Jorge-Yamam Serrano, Ferran Terraza

Here is a story about the quarantine period. A group of residents in the Barcelona apartment complex find out that they are trapped inside their building due to the government lockdown. They give a local reporter unprecedented access to their building. And his cameraman too. At night, you can see that blends zombie tropes, infection thrills, and religious overtones into the horrifying.

[REC] 2

Director: Jaume Balaguero, Paco Plaza

Runtime: 85 minutes

Cast: Manuela Velasco, Jonathan D, Oscar Zafara

Like the previous REC, Jaume and Paco work together here. But this has been upgraded better than before. REC is the God Father of found footage horror. REC 2 can be called The Godfather II. Here, Balaguero and Plaza find a footproof reason to re-enter the building. This time a medical officer and a special ops team are going. They first go to the place where the incident took place in REC. From there their story begins.

Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil

Director: Eli Craig

Runtime: 89 minutes

Cast: Tyler Labine, Alan Tudyk, Katrina Bowden, Jesse Moss

Horror-Comedy is a very challenging subject. But if you watch Tucker & Dale Vs.Evil, you can say that it is not the same. Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine play yokels looking forward to a relaxing vacation. Teenagers kill themselves at Tucker & Dale’s property. Eli Craig has beautifully balanced the equally bloody affair between them in a funny way. You are teased from the beginning with a sequel but sadly have not been so lucky.

Cold Skin (2017)

Are you a true horror fan? Cold Skin is the best treat for you. Here, a soldier gets a job as a meteorologist on an abandoned island in the Antarctic. He does this to escape from the First World War and to get some solitude. But his peace will not last long. This island is also home to unhinged lighthouse keepers. They are locked in nightly combat with creatures that come out of the sea and attack his home. The story continues like this. I can recommend this as a must watch horror movie.

The Baddook (2014)

The Badadook is a very creative and original horror movie that you can watch on Amazon Prime. According to the plot, a mother discovers that her son brought home a book called Mister Badadook. The titular character here is a creature that snarls and torments its victims. It starts to be understood that this Badadook is not just a book when its events bleed into real life. And Mister Badadook makes his presence felt.

Let Me In (2010)

Let Me In is a remark of the Scandinavian classic Let The Right One In. Some people say it is a western remake, but some people consider it an original. According to the plot here, a boy becomes friends with one of his neighbors. The boy in this block is a vampire and his father is just a human thrall.

The Black Phone (2021)

This is the newest horror movie in this list. And a very underrated one. The story here is about a young boy trying to escape from a basement. It’s from a serial killer. He takes help for that in a very strange way. By communicating with his old victims. This may sound like Stephen King to you. That’s because his son is the one who actually writes in this book.

Smile

Director: Parker Finn

Runtime: 115 minutes

Cast: Sosie Bacon, Jessie T. Usher, Kyle Gallner, Kal Penn

Smile is a textbook definition horror movie. Really very scary. Sosie Bacon is basically leading this. This gives you the feeling of becoming the next victim of an evil entry. You can see characters coming and going from absurd scenarios here. But all are scares and all are aces. This movie exists to you scream and scream you shall.
