Kim Kardashian, a reality star, says she would like to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans are excited for the future of the franchise as Black Panther 2 concludes Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The MCU’s Phase 4 has received mixed reviews from fans, despite the fact that it included stories that sought to expand the MCU’s scope both on and off-screen through multiversal storytelling and a significant foray into television. One change that fans have noticed is a general shift in the tone of the franchise toward being much more lighthearted, which some claim has disrupted their immersion in MCU projects.

There is something for everyone to enjoy in the franchise’s recent projects, despite the conflicting fan reviews of Phase 4. Celebrity cameos and appearances have increased during Phase 4 of the MCU, most recently Megan Thee Stallion in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 3, which caused a stir online. Audiences may recognize a well-known face in the franchise if the MCU maintains this trend in Phase 5.

In an interview with Interview Magazine, Kardashian discusses her desire to act. She expresses interest in joining the MCU in an unexpected turn of events. See her full comment below:

Would I act? I would if something fun came about. Maybe a Marvel movie, that would be so fun to do. I’m not actively looking, but I think things just come when they’re supposed to.

Though it is jarring to imagine the reality star in such a different setting, Kardashian’s interest in joining the MCU is not surprising. The MCU, a sizable franchise with enduring appeal, is a popular choice for many actors right now because it frequently propels its cast members to stardom. However, given Kardashian’s established celebrity status, it is more likely that she is interested in joining the franchise because she personally enjoys the movies, which is encouraging given that she appears to be a fan.

The release of movies like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, as well as Ms. Marvel’s return in The Marvels, seem to confirm that Phase 4’s shift toward lighter storytelling will continue, at least in part, even though it’s unclear what the MCU Phase 5 will bring. But Phase 5 will also include Marvel’s Thunderbolts and other movies that could have a grimier, darker tone. Kardashian has made it clear that she might want to be a part of the MCU, regardless of the course that it may take in Phase 5 or in the future. The start of Phase 5 of the MCU is sure to bring about some surprises, even though her Marvel debut is unlikely in the long run and would be far off in either case.
